This is a class for little dancers who love to immerse themselves into fantastic worlds and express themselves through their body.
Through short stories, music and imagination kids will be guided to move in their own unique way.
The focus is on creativity and enthusiasm for movement and music.
Kids will also learn some dance basics and short choreographies.

In this class kids will immerse themselves into fantastic worlds and experience their bodies as an instrument of expression.
In a playful way, we will focus on creativity, musicality and movement that is authentic to each individual.
Through sequences of guided improvisation kids will be able to create their own little dance phrases.
The little dancers will also learn some dance basics and choreographies.
Who: Children who are in 1st or 2nd kindergarten
When: Tuesdays, 4.30 to 5.20pm (50 mins.)

Contemporary Dance class
for adults

Dance like you just don't care.
A contemporary dance class that involves guided improvisation, easy technique, simple floorwork and short routines.
A special focus lies is set on breath and awareness.
The goal is to feel free, fulfilled, energised, relaxed and joyful afterwards.
No dance experience is required.
Classes can be held in (Swiss) German or English.
The course consists of 7 classes, on tuesdays at 6.45pm.

Contemporary Dance class
for adults
intermediate level
A contemporary dance class for folks with some dance experience.
It involves guided improvisation, technique, floor work and choreographed sequences.
A special focus is set on breath and awareness.
This class is different from the "contemporary dance class for adults, all levels" in that the choreographed parts are longer and there is a special focus on technique.
The goal is to feel free, fulfilled, energised, relaxed and joyful afterwards.
Basic dance knowledge is needed.
Classes can be held in (Swiss) German or English.
The course consists of 8 classes, on wednesdays at 7.30pm.

Dance is a wonderful tool for expression. Through movements, gestures and mime one can say what can't be said with words. Furthermore dance is a great way to boost the self-confidence of kids and teenagers and grow social competence within a group.
Noemi Di Gregorio's Hip Hop and Creative Dance Workshops can be adapted to any grade and level and follow the NYC Blueprints for the Arts. The students will experience dance from various perspectives. They will learn a fun Hip Hop choreography and some cool Breakdance freezes.
Additionally they will explore different simple methods to create their own dance.
The length and scope of the workshops will be tailored to the students needs.
For an introduction one or two hours are suggested.
For a deeper immersion and/or workshops with a final performance more time will be needed.
